Refund policy

All prints are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, before printing begins — after that, your print is already in production and can't be cancelled.

If your print arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. This is in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded.
