These pines pop up all over Ocean Grove, and to me they're one of those grounding, quietly familiar shapes — you see them at either end of the day, bookending the sunrise and sunset, and they just feel like this place.

I loved this one because of how soft everything around them is. The sky's almost bled into itself, orange fading down into that hazy pink and grey, and the pines sit hard-edged and black right in the middle of it. Almost looks like it's been painted rather than photographed.

Size Guide

All prints are available in three sizes: A3, A2 and A1.

Every print includes a white border, which gives it that clean, gallery-style finish and helps the image sit well within the frame.

The border is part of the overall print size, not added on top of it. So if you order an A2 print, the total paper size — border included — is A2, with the image itself sitting slightly smaller inside that.

The border width increases with print size, so the proportions always feel balanced rather than skinny or overdone:


A3 — 2cm border
A2 — 4cm border
A1 — 5cm border
